台北市議員王世堅，今年初接受媒體訪問時，影射台北市府前顧問洪智坤收遠雄鉅款協調大巨蛋爭議，洪憤而提告。台北地院認為，王世堅無法證明洪收了遠雄的錢，不實言論已貶損洪的名譽，昨判王拘役50天、得易科罰金5萬元，全案可上訴。

今年1月8日上午，王世堅就洪智坤辭北市府顧問一事，接受民視記者採訪，他說：「市府團隊裡面有人拿到不當價金，有答應遠雄要怎麼樣去妥協大巨蛋這件事，我聽到的這人就是現在離職這位（即指洪智坤）」

王世堅還表示，這個傳聞聽說是遠雄在法院接受偵查的時侯，他們去透露出來的案外案，無論是洪智坤其他什麼理由，或是因為遠雄大巨蛋收賄，洪因此要辭職，柯文哲市長都應該把話講清楚。洪認為這些都是不實的言論，對王提起自訴。

北院認為，王世堅在本案辯論終結前，除辯稱消息來源是不能透露姓名的某位法界人士及市府官員外，始終未能提出證據資料，依加重誹謗罪將他判處拘役50天、可易科罰金。
