（中央社記者黃麗芸台北18日電）台北市長柯文哲今天表示，悠遊卡股份有限公司董事長戴季全是否去留不是他說了算，總要透過董事會看怎麼處理，但台北市議會也不能無限上綱。

戴季全昨天為日本AV女優波多野結衣悠遊卡爭議致歉請假，由悠遊卡投資控股股份有限公司董事長林向愷代理。

柯文哲上午出席「食物森林雙城會」記者會接受媒體訪問表示，「波」卡事件已交由台北大眾捷運股份有限公司董事長賀陳旦和林向愷善後，會先擬短、中、長期計畫。

他說，剛好利用這機會整體處理，至少要處理到年底前，戴季全先休息，等組織架構搞清楚，要處理再處理。

媒體追問「休息」是指請假待命及保護戴季全？柯文哲表示，這也不是保護，他常說要給年輕人機會，把戴季全綁在靶上也沒比較好，先請假再說，要免職也不是台北市政府一個命令下去，可利用這個機會釐清官民股問題。

他舉例說，像北市府在台北富邦商業銀行股份有限公司有股份，難道台北市議會可要求北市府向富邦拿呆帳資料嗎？很多事已超越界限。1040918
